The monocouche rendering system was originally designed to waterproof the external concrete blocks or masonry brick walls but it can also be used for external or internal decorative renders.

External Wall Insulation is fixed to the outside wall meaning very little disruption to you and those living in it.

The external wall is fitted to the outside of your property with a very attractive render applied over the top of it.

Dry lining is technically the covering of a background surface with a plaster substitute; Masonry, block work and generally brickwork are unacceptable as a finish not only for aesthetic reasons but also because they generally are not as true as a plastered finish.

Dry lining is the fitting of plasterboard or a board material akin to plasterboard to any surface in lieu of a hard plaster.

Applying lime render or plaster is not a job that any plastering contractor can carry out.

It requires the work of a specialist and as most jobs that require this application are older, often listed and even historic it is not a job for anybody.
