Monocouche XF
This cement based one coat installation is flexible, low maintenance and comes ready mixed for faster application. Suitable for use on concrete blockwork, brickwork, stone and most other masonry construction (although some may require a basecoat application).
Monocouche XF is available in 19 attractive colours, including ivory, sand, earth, sage, mocha, rose and terracotta. To see the full range of colours, visit their website.
This render system is weatherproof and durable, while still providing your structure with some breathability. It comes in multiple finishes, including scratch finish, sponge finish, rough cast finish, trowel finish, ashlar details and coursing lines.
Monocouche TXF
Perfect for adding insulation to a property, MonoTherm TXF can be applied onto EPS, ICF, mineral wool insulation, render carrier boards and most other masonry construction. Not only is it a flexible render system, but it also comes in specified thicknesses between 1mm and 2mm so that the combined thermal performance can meet building regulations. The render is bonded using MonoFlexBase TXF.
MonoTherm TXF has lightly textured, decorative acrylic finish and is available in seven colours – white, off white, ivory, cream, light grey, sand and beige.
Monomend RXF
MonoMend is an acrylic based render system used for repairing and restoring existing Monocouche renders. It absorbs into existing render coating seamlessly, minimising any change in the appearance. It’s non stick properties means that the facade is protected from dust and dirt and the colour will stay vibrant for longer.
Application is quick and can often be done without the need for scaffolding or undue disruption to the property’s occupants. The flexible and sturdy render system is weatherproof and durable, lasting longer without the need for repainting.
MonoMend can also be used to change the colour of a property, provided the property already has a Monocouche render system in place. There are seven colours to choose from – nimbus white, off white, ivory, cream, light grey, sand and beige.
LAF System
Improve the external appearance of any property with the Monocouche lightweight LAF system. This cost effective system is a great way to add decorative architectural features to a property. It is quick to apply, with a flexible and durable coating.
Created using a fire retardant EPS core real sands to create a realistic, traditional stone look. You can add bespoke window and door surrounds, raised bands, quoins, corbels, cornices, keystones and more. With LAF systems you have the freedom to choose details and designs that complement your property.
